That’s right, people. We are going about, to pick up the talent left behind. Anyone undiscovered in the noise. We’ll find you, don’t worry. With Lana on the ropes, Shibumi is about to get deeper, more impactful, and a hell of a lot more exciting.

Lana is a marketing and creative strategist whose work spans brand positioning, storytelling, digital strategy and content creation. She has the power to think holistically; integrating brand, strategy, content, data and audience insights into cohesive campaigns.
Over the years, Lana has collaborated with a variety of respected organisations and brands, building trust through her strategic vision and execution. Her portfolio includes TEDx, National Trust, Invisalign, many of the industry’s top creative agencies and a bunch of now enlightened clients in the legal, health, and creative industries.
Most importantly, Lana knows and loves the sort of music that Shibumi does. The sort of music that gets you moving, smiling and jumping. The sort that sweeps away the cobwebs and brings out the real you. This matters deeply: Lana brings marketing skill, but also that genuine passion and understanding of what we do.

Data & insight integration: ensuring that every decision is informed by metrics, listener behavior, feedback, and market trends.
Campaign oversight: coordinating multi-channel launches, creative assets, collaborations, and fan engagement strategies.
